Direction of use

Warm a small amount of Sweet Almond Oil into the palms and massage onto body or face. It can be used alone or mixed with essential oils. Add 6 drops in total of essential oils to 15ml of Sweet Almond Oil. Mix well then gently massage over body.

I thought almond oil got cockroach smell, but its not!! It smell good, add with essential oil, the smell even better.
